  7. [C]reate an area           -  create a new area starting at the last number.

  9. [L]ist areas               -  display contents of area. No changes allowed.

  11. [A]rea security level      -  set access level for this area.

  13. [M]odify an area           -  make changes to an existing area.

  15. [D]escription              -  text user will see in menu

  17. [F]ilename for area        -  you may define a file to be dumped whenever
  18.                               a user changes to the area.

  20. [I]nclude To/From in message - Should Phoenix display who the message is

  23. [P]ublic only area         -  you may declare an area as public only.
  24.                               No private messages will be allowed.

  27.                               prompt you. If you quit without saving, it
